The Mendip Hills are one of England's most special places and in recognition of the area's special qualities are designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). We are super lucky to live in amongst them.

They are the perfect playground for adventure and in other times the activities you can enjoy here are numerous including, hiking, mountain biking, caving and climbing, camping and exploring.

Needless to say us locals are very proud indeed of this amazing landscape.

There are so many walking routes we couldn't list them separately so we are linking you to the Mendip Hills AONB website.

There are a number of circular routes on the website from 2.5 miles to 9 miles with downloadable guides as well as the long-distance trails of The Mendip Way and Limestone Link.

I know we are biased but we really do think there is no where better to get out and explore than The Mendip Hills.
