Westhay Moor near Glastonbury is part of the Avalon Marshes situated on Somerset's historic Levels and Moors.

Run by Somerset Wildlife Trust: 'It provides a home for many rare wildlife and a unique insight into thousands of years of shifting landscape, making it the perfect place to explore as a family.'

There are a number of trails and walks that the whole family will enjoy, look out for the bird hides.

A couple of all weather paths make it possible to visit with pushchairs and wheelchairs and some of the bird hides have wheelchair access. Although parts of the reserve can get very wet and muddy in the colder months.

Dog are allowed in certain parts of the Nature Reserve but must be kept on their lead.
